Engagement Type: 6 Months On-Site role

· Project Summary: Team is looking for 10-15 years’ CRM/Shared Services Telecom expert from Japan markets to help set up Contact Center Operations/Shared Service center in Dalian, China from target companies. With fluency in speaking Japanese & English.

· Seniority: Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Telecom Shared Services Operations/Contact Center Operations Head position

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Client is a Japan based Telecom company and they want to migrate work from Finance and Customer Service team to Dalian, China where they are building a Captive Shared Service Center. They need our help to design the Future state and manage the migration

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Strong understanding of Telecom industry (Network, Voice and Data Center Services) in Japan

· Understanding of Contact Center Processes (Technical and Non-Technical Service Desk and Service Delivery management)

· Ability to work with cross functional client group to reach solution

· Design/Document Future State process between Japan and Shared Service Center

· Process Design and Process Documentation experience

Required Skills & Experience/Screening Topics:

· 10-15 years’ of Contact Center Operations /Shared Services Leader in Telecom Industry (Critical & Mandatory)

· Function Responsibilities: Customer Service/Contact Center

· Should be fluent in speaking Japanese & English

· Process Design and Process Documentation experience

· Shared Service Experience (Good to have)
