Role: Avaya Voice Engineer
Location: Ontario, Canada
Job Type: Permanent
· 8-10 years of experience in supporting and managing of voice solutions based on Avaya TDM and IP platforms.
· 4+ years of experience in implementation (preferred), Design and Consulting of Avaya UC/CC Solutions.
· ACIS Certification – (Must)
· ITIL (Preferred)
Excellent hands-on experience on the following products:
· Avaya Communication Manager.
· Avaya Call Center.
· Avaya S87xx/S88xx/S85xx/S83xx Media Servers
· Avaya Media gateways.
· Intuity Audix, Intuity LX, CMS Servers.
· Octel Voicemail Managements.
· Avaya Call Management System.
· Avaya Application Enablement Services
Additional Desired Products
· Avaya Call Center Elite Multichannel
· Avaya Proactive Contact
· Session Manager.
· Avaya Voice Portal or Experience Portal.
· Avaya Session Border Controller.
· Ability to provide support to Pre-sales requirements.
· Ability to Lead P1 Calls and do RCA Management
· Ability to design/implement solutions for upgrade and migration requirements including HLD and LLD documents for Avaya UC and CC products.
· Ability to create comprehensive project plans.
· Ability to assist operations team with service improvement plans
· Excellent Analytical skills

· Excellent Vendor Interaction Skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Must be able to clearly communicate with the customer on RCA, Change Management, solutions and escalations.
· Experience in managing critical situations.
