Eligibility Criteria
· Any Graduate (Arts/science/commerce/business) , high school pass out
· Typing speed to be >25 Words/Minute with an Accuracy of 90% or more & Aptitude test scoring of 90% and above
· Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to remain calm in potentially stressful situations with medical professionals.
· 0 – 2 yrs of direct work experience with provider contracting, credentialing or network management.
Nice to have skills
· Credentialing or provider file maintenance experience, preferably for a health plan.
· Preferred knowledge of NCQA guidelines
· Sound analytical skills to ensure eye for detail with Logical & customer centric issue resolution skills
· Ability to analyze, interpret and draw inferences from research findings
· Ability to use independent judgment to manage and impart confidential information.
· Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments

· Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish tasks within established timeframes.
· Demonstrated proficiency utilizing reference materials.
· Working experience in MS office tools
