Avaya Contact Center Engineer
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Job Type: Contract
Ø Should have good understanding of Avaya Converged network.
Ø Should have good knowledge of Voice Recording, messaging and routing.
Ø Good understanding of In/Outbound calling procedures of the call center.
Ø Should have strong understanding in Avaya Definity G3r/S8700/S8300/S8800 PBX, CMS & NICE logger.
Ø Should have practical Hands on Experience of designing Avaya G3R/S8700/S8300 based Contact center Voice network (Like Call routing, creating or adding VDN, Vector, Agents login ID in EPABX as well as in CMS, voice mail box, local stations, COR, coverage-path, Hunt-group, Pickup-group, trunk-group, signaling-group, authorization-code, BCMS report, announcements, Real time and Historical report of agents for agents performance through CMS, Hardware installation etc.)
Ø Should have good knowledge of Voice portal /AVP
Ø Should have good knowledge of One-x portal
