Position : ServiceNow Developer – Level 3
Location: Memphis TN
Years of Experience: 9+
1) Work experience- A minimum of 5+ years of work experience (L3) is required as a pure developer on the Service-Now platform
2) Technical Skill sets-
Candidate should have good Admin/configuration knowledge of:-
• Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, Knowledge Management, Asset management and CMDB.
• Understanding of client scripts and business rules.
• Understanding UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists / Script Includes / UI Page / UI Macro etc.
• Understanding Schedules, Inbound Emails and Reporting.
• Understanding workflow of various modules and triggering of various events.
• Understanding of system logs.
• Import/Export of data for different modules.
• Understanding of ITIL Concepts.
• Troubleshooting skills for ENV and Integrations like LDAP, Web Service using SOAP and REST
• Ability to interface between Escalated support, Customer, Other Tool Vendors.
• Ability to differentiate and implement best practices.
3) Certification Skill sets-
a) ITIL V3 certified
b) Service-Now Admin certified
