3 – 4 Years Incident management experience

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Proactive Alerts (Application, Keynote & Hardware)
  • Reactive Incidents (Customer escalated Single / Multi Org issues)
  • Sending Notification, Spinning bridge calls & maintaining white board during multi customer outages (For SEV 0, 1 & Premium Customers)
  • Engaging service specialist as per the escalation matrix
  • Participating in N/W maintenance activity conference calls and monitoring service by smoke testing
  • Working with Data Center Support (DCS) Team for Hardware related issue
  • Monitoring service health dashboard
  • Updating TSG’s / OneNote KB article
  • Participating in Post mortem meetings after the outage for RCA
