Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university – preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience

Technical Qualifications

  • Desktop support expert
  • Support for laptop, desktops, and printers for windows devices in an enterprise environment is an absolute requirement
  • Windows Operating systems
  • Windows 7, Windows XP,
  • Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2007
  • Remote desktop connectivity applications: RDP, pcAnywhere
  • MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook configuration issues with Exchange
  • VPN and remote dial-in users
  • MAC skills are a plus
  • Industry certifications are a definite plus

Soft Skills:

  • Must be able to work unsupervised
  • Strong customer service skills are absolutely required
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to communicate and write effectively
  • (1.) Contributes to special assignments to increase the maturity of the CoE| e.g. budgeting tool design
  • (2.) To put together data and slides from different sources for the whole function review with senior management
  • (3.) To analyze and prepare the data cuts as per review requirements
  • (4.) To contribute research and data gathering as and when| e.g. opening an operations in new geos
  • (5.) To understand the requirements of the customer from the process & application
  • (6.) To update information and run validation to keep it current| e.g. PMS
